I thought the manager at Modesto was young, but very professional. He helped me organize my bill pay personally. I really like their 3.00% Checking account.

when i go into the instore branch only in american canyon and am waiting i am never awknowledged or told i will be with you shortly .It is unprofessional and quite irritating.

I have had only good interactions with Tri Counties Bank and I have been banking with them for years. I recommend them to anyone who plans on staying in the Tri County area for long periods of time. Anyone who plans on leaving is better to choose a different bank. One thing I don't like are the fees, but who can get around those.
the bank manager in m area is young and very unprofessional and all the workers are 19-24. very rude and bias.
