Horrible! This is the world's worst bank. Oh sure, they're friendly. But if you want more than a smile from your bank, go someplace else.Their online systemis a total joke. eBanking doesn'thave running balances. I can't imagine designing something less user-friendly than their system.The CS reps are clueless when you call them. I could go on and on. Take my advice--stay away. Unless a free piec…e of chocolate and "pretty web colors" are the most important factors for you. That's obviously where the Umpqua leaders focus their efforts.
