I have had all of the above problems and one other one.
They started charging 2.00 per month for copies of your checks. If you don't pay, the only access you have to your cancelled checks is online. That would be fine except that their online system is terrible. You can only view one check before the system times you out and you have to log back in to look at another check. Imaging doing this 20 or 30 times. Fortunately I don't write that many checks, but sometimes I have to and when I need to go back and look at my checks it's impossible. I think that if they are going to charge a fee and make online banking the only option for looking at your checks, they should make it possible. Right now it's virtually impossible unless you have 5 hours to look at 15 checks.
