Rude, insensitive, and even retaliatory customer service, misleading benefit coverage, and non-communicative personnel characterize my company's experience with United Concordia. We have had numerous complaints from our employees concerning their dealings with United Concordia. That however has not been true of our health insurance provider. I am going to strongly reccommend we switch to another dental insurance company in the next calendar year.
