Wal Mart Money cards are the worst thing ever. Don't waste the time nor stress. I have a college degree and it took me 3 hours to activate it. Its a hassel and when you finally get to a person they are in India and can't understand you. DON'T do it its not worth it. Its the worst Wal Mart Product around. I give it zero stars it sucks
