Hi Tyler,

The National Association of Colleges and Employers says that the mean starting salary for Business Administration/ Management graduates in 2009 was $44,607. With the the economy being what it is, I don't see that number going up in 2010, but that's nothing to cry about.

You might note that the figure isn't adjusted for Danville and, if you intend to work there, it's likely to be a bit lower. And though it might seem that 45k isn't a big bucket of money, it is enough to live on, pay back your student loans and begin to build a nest egg. Managing your budget well from the start will set you up for the financial discipline you'll need over your lifetime.

Also, it might help to know that your salary should climb substantially for your first ten years in the workplace. Enjoy your last year of college!
