I hear this question all the time, and my first answer is always, "it depends." There are so many factors related to this question that it can be overwhelming. I'd like this group to become a resource for people wrestling with the decision to buy now or wait. In particular, I'd like to provide the opportunity to examine not only the "hard" side of the question (the economics), but also the "soft" side (the intangible benefits of home ownership).
