FiLife Announces New Twitter Contest on Fixing the American Healthcare System
Five 3-Word Entries to Win $100
NEW YORK - SEPTEMBER 9, 2009 - Twitter users can now contribute to the healthcare debate through a new contest with FiLife (www.FiLife.com), the joint venture between Dow Jones (NYSE: NWS) and IAC (Nasdaq: IACI). Starting today, FiLife invites the Twitterverse to send in their best 3-word ideas on how to fix the healthcare system. Five winners will receive $100.
In the FiLife “Fix Healthcare” Twitter contest, contestants Tweet their advice and ideas, which will be automatically posted to the users’ Twitter accounts. The only rule is that entries must be 3 words long. Five winners will be chosen from all eligible entries that are received before midnight EDT on September 16.
“At FiLife, our mission is to foster a community where users look to experts and to one another for the best advice in personal finance. Amid the nationwide healthcare debate, and given healthcare’s financial toll on families, the topic is perfect for the FiLife ‘Fix Healthcare’ contest,” said Ezra Kucharz, President and General Manager of FiLife.
