Allianz Global Investors' CollegeAccess 529 is a college savings and investment program designed to help you save and invest for qualified higher educational expenses for a child or other beneficiary. Any earnings on the money you invest will not be subject to federal income taxes before they are distributed and any withdrawn amounts for the beneficiary's qualified higher education expenses (like tuition, books, and housing) won't be subject to federal income tax. The minimum initial contribution is $250 if you're a South Dakota resident and $1,000 if you live anywhere else.
