SunTrust Bank IRAs
In addition to the traditional tax-deferred Investment Retirement Account, SunTrust offers: a Roth IRA, in which contributions aren't tax deductible but earnings are free from tax, if you meet certain criteria; a Simplified Employee Pension (SEP) IRA, a tax-deferred plan for small business owners or those who are self-employed; and a Savings Incentive Match Plan for Employers (SIMPLE) IRA, a plan for employers with fewer than 100 employees, to which both employees and (to a lesser degree) employers contribute.
