If I could rate this company more accurately, I would give them 0 stars. The program is very poor, and I cannot even log into my account. I have no way of contacting the company, and they have no record of my state taxes even being filed. They took my money and ran with it. Beware...This company is a scam!

Very poor service.
Two years in a row made mistakes that took dozens of hours to correct, in addition to having to file amendments (by hand).
Software is more difficult to use than reading the IRS booklet, which entirely defeats the purpose.
Shame on the IRS website for recommending such poor service, that is not even free (15 dollars for State tax filing)
