You were right, Mr. Williestyle

I didn't mind if the person misheard my info over the phone. But when I correct it over the phone, they didn't do the work right. I could organize my clinic's patient ' s info, why couldn't they ? They could not fix it a very simple thing. I received mail w/ repeatly mistake. My car was Toyota LE, not CE. One person fixed it/ the next person put back the mistake. They might as well hire me to do the job right.
