I filed a claim last year and was only paid half of what I was due and still have not received an explanation as to why this was. To make matters worse, I now have to file a new claim and when I tried calling the plan to get procedure information, I placed 2 calls and waited a total of 24 minutes on my cellphone, burning my minutes, and an agent never answered. I am sooooooo frustrated and at a loss for what to do.
