well i have a home injury to my leg..aflac has been a nightmare..i fax over paperwork and in return i get oh we dont have it we cant find it bla bla bla..i am sitting here without a dime..and to let u all know something..you still have to pay for yur policy even tho u arent working..so im paying them 150 every 2 weeks and havent seen a dime from them..they are the most unorganized company i have ever seen..every time u call them u get a different representative and no one knows what u r talking about..i think they drag things out on purpose so they dont have to pay you..save your money and do not get this!!i will be canceling as soon as i go back to work!!!aflac stinks!!!and i was so excited to have it!!

I am sorry for the two last folks that have had a bad AFLAC rep.. Any one I have ever sold a policy to has never had to call headquarters or file a claim on their own. I give out my cell, my fax, and my office number for my policyholders to call or fax ME! Call the person in charge of HR at your place of employment and tell them to get rid of that agent..! It can be done no matter the size of the company.
