Rates go up or down by what level of product you are offering and industry codes.... Since your a "benefitsrep" you should have probally known that... Which means your a flat out liar or a rookie. We have been copied by other companys for decades and when you compare products we by far pay out the best benefits for the price. Everything with the customer service, billing, wait times, ect are you having a bad experience with an Agent who should be taking care of those things for the company. For that on behalf of AFLAC...
