Was hit by an allstate driver they are a joke if you ask me, my insurance has has deemed the driver at fault and trooper but its been a month and my car is almost fixed, maybe i can drive my car into their building when its fixed?? After all state farm has given me a 0 deductible.. Allstate is a joke :)

Insurance is a service that you never know how good (or bad) it is until you USE it... and you hope you never have to.

We've been in the unfortunate situation of submitting one huge claim (about 25K worth of damage to my beloved Lexus!) and it was a pleasure to work with All State.

We've also had a couple instances where I or my wife were rear-ended and repairs were covered by the OTHER driver's insurance. In these instances, our All State agent helped us through the process and with paper work even though they didn't need to be involved. Very cool. Recommended.

I have had AllState for about 4 years now. I love it. They have helped me out more than my own family has. I've looked around at other auto insurances and they are not even close to AllState. The price is low for the coverage. I will never switch.

I switched from Progressive to Allstate this year and I am glad that I did. I shopped around for insurance and got rates from everywhere. Allstate was cheapest by far. The rate also didn't go up whenever I bought the policy. Their discounts really add up. I went from $125 a month for a 01 Jeep Cherokee to $55 a month with Allstate and I had a much better experience with them too! They were really concerned about getting me the lowest rate possible! I will recommend them to anybody!

I was with Allstate car insurance when my secondary driver rolled my jeep. I broke my leg in the accident. The adjuster was helpful, and they paid me fairly for the injury and took good care of me until I was well. However, when it came time to renew, they dropped me like a hot potato. I was quite upset about it, and even after the accident has long since dropped off my abstract, I will not go back to allstate. They weren't there for me when I needed them.. I was not in good hands!

sorry guys but it seems like there are Allstate offices closing everywhere and alltate is not taking good care of there agents and they are droping like flies poor service on there part been insured with allstate for 16 yrs now I'm shopping:(

I have been using AllState for about 5 years now. I have never had an issue with them. The rates have always been really good, especially considering i'm a driver under 25. I've even had a speeding ticket, and they didn't increase my premium at all. I would recommend anybody use AllState for their auto insurance. (My parents have been with them for over 20 years, and I won't be surprised if I follow in their shoes.)

When my husband and I met he had his insurance through another company, and I used State Farm. When it was time to merge our accounts into one company we really had to sit down together to determine the benefit of each company and try to figure out which would be the better deal and company.

In the end, State Farm won out over "the other company" because of their great rates, customer service and prompt attention to our phone calls.

That was over five years ago and we've been completely satisifed with them.

When we got married, it was an easy transition and decision to stick with them as we have both had great experiences with them and their representatives. We have shopped around for lower rates, but AllState has always been the best option and will probably continue to have our business for a long time.

I had Allstate Auto Insurance for more than 10 years. When I moved from Kansas City to Washington, DC, the agents at both ends were great -- no hassles, and honest, helpful answers about the best coverage options. I don't currently have a car, but when I do get wheels again, Allstate will get my business.
