from AllState

My husband and I have both had car insurance with AllState since before we even met. When we got married, it was an easy transition and decision to stick with them as we have both had great experiences with them and their representatives. We have shopped around for lower rates, but AllState has always been the best option and will probably continue to have our business for a long time.

I had Allstate Auto Insurance for more than 10 years. When I moved from Kansas City to Washington, DC, the agents at both ends were great -- no hassles, and honest, helpful answers about the best coverage options. I don't currently have a car, but when I do get wheels again, Allstate will get my business.

I have been using Allstate since i was 16 and had my first car. That was, hmm, at least 25 years ago. I've stayed with Allstate because of the service and price. I've had friendly and professional agents as well. Fortunately, I've only had to make one insurance claim, and it was handled quickly and effectively.

I live in Philadelphia, where we have ridiculously high rates as compared to the rest of Pennsylvania. Oddly, my neighborhood now earns "suburban" rates even though it's located in the City - but only through Allstate. When we moved here, we shopped around and saved over $500/year by switching from USAA. They offer discounts for all sorts of things including safe driving records and bundled p…olicies. Our agent is fabulous - we're very pleased with the coverage.

My family has always used AllState. I have to admit that I liked fast cars during my teenage years (OK, and maybe in my twenties too) which lead to a few conversations with our AllState rep. Then, and more recently, I've found their customer service to be great. Our rep answered questions thoughtfully, was nice and friendly, and returned calls promptly.
