I've had Allstate insurance for about six years now and I am very pleased with them. I have never had a claim, so I can't comment on how they handle some sort of damage or natural catastrophe, but I am happy with their customer service and pricing. I called around and checked ratings before I went with Allstate and had narrowed my choice down to two different companies. Allstate got my busi…ness because of the courtesy they afforded me on the phone and because they answered my questions thoroughly. Although I have never met my Allstate broker in person, we have e-mailed and exchanged phone calls and correspondence. I feel like I do have a "friend" at Allstate and am comfortable recommending them. The only reason I can't give them a "5" is because I have never had to file a claim (thankfully). But yes, they are good and priced reasonably. And they don't try to give you a hard sell.
