My home was robbed and Allstate really impressed me with the response time and ease of filing the claim. They broke down full value on each item....even the food and beverages that were taken (robbers raided my frig...took Thanksgiving groceries). I really thought I would have to deal with this for some time, but they had everything taken care of and a check in the mail within 24 hours.

I'm a customer for life :)

We haven't had any significanat issues, but the price is a bit high for what we're getting. We're seriously considering changing companies because we're unable to get earthquake coverage, which would be useful where we live.

all state had the perfect price and great service.
they cover all my guns and jewelry.
the cash coverage cost me extra but it was still a great deal.

I had renters insurance from allstate, and pipes broke in the apartment I was in. They had an adjuster come over within 24 hours and the cheque within another 24 hours... excellent service. They even went so far as to find out price values of certain things that I couldn't (i.e. old books). They paid full replacement value, not just what it was worth at the time.

It was easy to get this renters insurance and i got it for a reasonable cost. the customer service was also very helpful
