I have been having a lot of difficulty recently with the AMEX blue. Recently, they've had a problem with the "View statements" page, and I wasn't able to check my statements for a week, not to mention that viewing the statements takes a bit of getting used to and a bit of thinking. Otherwise, it is like any other cashback credit card, but in order to get maximum cashback you must spend a certain amount per month.
