Was my first AMEX product, and did enjoy the rewards feature. Excellent online site, and used the free bill pay feature to pay off recurring bills (utilities, ect.). Good initial interest rate, but jumped without warning 18 months after receiving the card, and no answer could be given when questioned. Ended up cancelling the card, but, would consider getting another in the future, especially since there was no annual fee, and it was a credit card, not a charge card.
