This is a great card with a simple rewards program. You just earn points and use them in whatever manner you see fit - flights, hotels, electronics, even charity. The points amount to about 1% of purchases ($1000 = $10). No fees and a reasonable APR. I have rarely called customer service, but when I do, the issue is promptly resolved.
