The cards are replaceable (for a fee) if lost or stolen and cost $3.95 plus shipping and handling if bought online. American Express offers a variety of deals to gift card customers, such as discounts at online stores and restaurants.
Occassionally, the company offers free shipping on gift cards. There is a $2.00/month service fee which is waived for the first 12 months. Cards can not be shipped to Connecticut, Hawaii, New Hampshire or Vermont due to local laws.
