I've had car and home insurance through American Family for several years now. I love the personal attention I get from my agent and they are very quick to handle claims. Their prices are pretty fair, especially if you have multiple cars or your home insured with them. They did just start rating their prices based on credit score, so that may hurt some people. But, if you look at it, all the ot…her insurance companies do it. I guess they are just catching up to the rest of the insurance world. I have gotten quotes from other companies but they are the best price right now. Even after an at-fault accident, my insurance only went up a few dollars a month.. which isn't too bad!!

I have had coverage through American Family Insurance for over 5 years. I love that my agent is nearby and easy to reach in person or by phone. He keeps me up to date on my policy and any offers I may qualify for. The rates are very affordable.

I recently purchased car insurance from American Family. They cover the majority of things that can go wrong with your car and accidents, and the rates are great. They're even very friendly in every occasion I've dealt with them. I'd recommend them to anybody.
