The M&E fee for the variable annuity is only .85% (qualified). Much cheaper than any alot of others, no admin charge, no contract charge over 50k. They have over 60 mutual funds to choose from top companies or you can choose a Morningstar model allocation.

I like Ameriprise's fixed rates because it allows you to plan ahead. You know your rate, you know how much you'll owe each month. You especially know how much you're saving for yourself each month. It's one of the smartest ways to plan for the future.
