Dental insurance through Anthem gives small businesses the chance to offer coverage for their employees that includes PPO plans and HMOs. There are also Voluntary Dental plans available, where the employees contribute 100 percent toward their dental costs, which are made available at a lower rate.

Please be aware that Anthem Dental does not cover anesthesia for children's dental work if they have to be put to sleep. They also claim to cover bridges at 50%, but when submitted a pre-estimate claim, they denied, and I cannot get a straight answer out of anyone. I have become very disappointed with them.
