The Associated Bank Fixed Rate IRA is funded by a Certificate of Deposit (CD), and offers a fixed rate of return over terms of 3, 6, 12, 18, 24, 36, 48, or 60 months. A minimum opening deposit of $1,000 is required and no additional deposits are permitted. Interest is credited and compounded quarterly (or at maturity, for the 3-month term).

I got an 18 month cd, the rates are good and the minimum was low. The only down side is that you cant add more into the cd or take loans out on it like other cd. Over all i have had a great experience
