Senior Savings

You must be 55 years or older to open a Senior Savings Account at Associated Bank. There are no minimum balance requirements and no monthly maintenance fees. If you couple it with a Classic Checking Account, you can earn a higher rate of interest on your balances.

This is the basic savings account for seniors. The key is to tie it into the Classic checking account also from Associated which is also only available to Seniors who are 55 and older. You get a nicer savings rate this was. No hidden fees or anything like that.
