I have been a Bank of America customer for several years, and have been an Advantage Acct holder for at least four years. I find the Advantage Acct to work well for me because I tend to keep high balances in my checking account, so the interest earning option is great. I have had no problems with this account, and customer service at Bank of America has been very helpful, in my opinion. When I did get charged a 20.00 fee in error for not having the required balance, it was as simple as calling customer service, explaining the problem, and they fixed it. I have my checking account linked to my savings account via keep the change, so that has worked out well for me too.

Overall it is a good account, except when you are not able to maintain the required balance in order to get all of the entitlements that come with this type of account. Once you are not able to maintain the requirements you are charged $20.00 a month service fee. Overall I have not had any problems with Bank of America and will continue to use them until I do.
