I have had this account for several years. Overall it is a good account, except when you are not able to maintain the required balance in order to get all of the entitlements that come with this type of account. Once you are not able to maintain the requirements you are charged $20.00 a month service fee. Overall I have not had any problems with Bank of America and will continue to use them until I do.
