I had 3000 left on a car loan in 2003.I was NEVER late on a payment.I recieved a harrassing call from their collector. I have never been treated so poorly I called the corporate office .They apologized, but I really felt verbally harrassed for something that had NEVER happened.I will NEVER do business with them again!

I have ALWAYS had an awesome experience with Bank of America. I have been a member for at least 3 years and I have had great luck with them. I applied for one loan before this and I was not approved. I should have just come to Bank of America, they approved me at a really low interest rate for a car loan. I am extremely happy with the service I have received.

When I graduated from college I had established a fairly stable credit rating by opening a 0% interest creditcard and paying it off faithfully. When I went to buy a car at used car dealership my bank for many years, Bank of America, came back with the lowest APR. This made things incredibly convenient for me as I could pay my monthly statement online simply by transferring money from my Bank of America checking account into my Bank of America auto loan account. The transaction was virtually instant and it allowed me to eliminate the need for paper statements and always know that my payment was going to make it in on time. No complaints so far! Definitely recommend!

When I finished college, I was in need of a car loan like most graduates. I was shopping around for car loans from a lot of different places. I found that being right out of college my debt/income ratio was making a lot of banks nervous to loan me any money at all. I couldn't even get a loan from my own bank. I was down to my last credit pull for the year and somebody told me to call bank of america. So I did and they approved me over the phone in 30 min. It was amazing, its like they were the only people who believed in a college graduate to be able to pay them back. 5 Stars to them even though the interest rate is a little higher than I'd like it, its better than not getting a loan.

i purchased a new car when i graduated from college and took out a car loan from Bank of America. the interest rate was decent compared to other places, their online banking makes it pretty easy to see everything you need to see about the loan, making recurring monthly payment online is also easy.

don't have much complaints about it.
