I have earned thousands of bucks from bank of america cd's thus far. The short term high risk cd is high yielding; very easy to open with $5000 as the minimum balance while the low risk is well worth as one can withdraw money anytime after an intial few days ! Plus to add the bank of america website is one of the best that I have handled my finances through. The chat with specialist facility lets me chat from work itself.

Bank of America does not have the best CD rates. I had a rather large CD with them and when I did some further research I found that Bank United at substantially better rates. I currently have taken all my accounts elsewhere because Bank of America is full of problems and the poorest customer service around. They are very nice to you until you are having a problem that needs care.

I was very satisfied with both the customer service I received in the bank and over the phone concerning my CD. They gave me great options of CDs that were available, and helped me choose the one that best fit my needs. The Risk Free CD worked out very well and I plan to continute to use Bank of America for CDs in the future. (It is good to have a CD like this where you can withdraw money in case of an emergency without penalty.)
