We have not been at all happy with our Bank of America Mortgage. There have been problems from the day we signed the paper. Our loan officer did not know enough about our loan and then kept giving us wrong information, we ended up having higher payments because of it. We still have had lots of problems since then as well. The good news is that it motivated us to pay off the loan as quick as possible to keep from spending any more money with them so we have almost payed off out mortgage in a year.
