Liberty Flex Checking

This second checking account is available to customers who already have a military checking account with direct deposit at Bank of America. It's designed for families who are highly mobile and need the flexibility of two accounts. You can use this second account to separately manage your funds if you have trouble sharing one account while physically separated. You only need $15 to open one of these checking accounts and there are no monthly maintenance fees.

This is helpful for families who want to separate their finances into multiple accounts. I use one of these as my personal account, and my wife and I share the second direct deposit account. Sometimes I'm not around so as we can't always discuss how we need to spend funds, it's important to have some variation here.
