Check out the Liberty Plus Banking Package if you're associated with the military, you need a checking and savings account, and you like cash bonuses and discounts on other banking services. With this service, Bank of America will deposit $100 into your savings account when you arrange a monthly automatic transfer of at least $100 from your savings to your checking account. Also, you'll earn $0.10 every time you use your free check card for a pinless transaction. Competitive interest rates for the checking account and deals on loans and credit cards sweeten the package. But you'll need to maintain a $1,000 balance in your checking account to avoid monthly fees. Like all Bank of America Military Bank products, this option is available to active and retired military, Reserve/Guard members, active and retired DoD/government employees, NATO/foreign military, ROTC cadets and immediate family members of all these groups.

I think this is a great thing that BOA does for military men like myself. The 10 cents is great and really adds up quickly. You've got to be careful about maintaining a $1000 balance, but other than that it's great and you get nice discounts on many BOA features.
