Bank of America really sucks. I had three (3) active checking accounts then they suddenly closed them all. They had no reason for closing my accounts because they were all in good standing. I've always had my banking relationship with Bank of America. I will refer NO ONE to this bank.

I wish I would have known this when I opened my account last year. The threat of monthly charges is enough to drive any banker away from your bank if this is what you are offering as the best suited first time banking experience.
Having the option of free banking under a credible banker is always a plus. To ba I got sucked into opening the account that you have to pay for teh serivces to be used via Bank of America. Such as on-line banking and being able to make transactions for free from my account.
I lost over $145,000 in Line of credit equtity. Not a happy camper! I will be looking into his further!

I like the fact that this account is free and no monthly fees are needed to maintain the account. The other advantage is that you can access the account online and using phone or mobile phones. The only thing that you need to do is to deposit $25 to open the account. I would definitely recommend opening this account to a friend.
I have never had a problem with BofA's system. It is so convenient, user friendly and the site speed is extraordinary. The online banking makes my life so much simpler. The navigation is very user friendly. I save money on stamps, get bils paid faster and can get my statment whenver I want it.
I have my access checking account from BOA for about 7 years. I would said it is good due to no cost is charged if direct deposit is added. However, it changed $5 international transaction fee when the ATM is used international. In fact, the international transaction fee was not charged 2 years ago. I believe it is because BOA is trying to exist the international market.
I'm using Bank of America for over 2 years now, and i can say that their service was great.The online banking is very easy to use. I'm contented and satisfied and so far i don't have any problems with them. So Keep up the good work.
I joined My Access Checking Account for the ease of the 'online' checking account process. To be honest, I am not as satisfied as I expected to be. All tough using Internet should make things faster I sometimes wait a long time for checks to clear. Once also, their online banking website went down. There is also a bad customer service.
