I really like this card. Whenever I call the customer service the wait time is almost always very short and the representatives are very friendly. I once had a problem about a charge with I wanted to dispute and it was done in just a minute. I remember doing the same thing with Chase and it was a nightmare. They actually asked me to mail them a form to dispute the charge.
I have been owning multiple credit cards for a long time now and use them more often than I can sometimes afford. With the other companies I have run into trouble many times but Bank of america has always waived the penalties. All in all the service has been very good.
if you use your credit card a lot i would recommend this card. i have really enjoyed the points system, there are a lot of great rewards. their online site is also very easy to use
