This is an excellent checking account for small business owners. It essentially provides you with 2 accounts, a business economy checking account and a free personal MyAccess Checking Account. This account includes free online banking with bill pay and a free Visa Check Card. There is no monthly maintenace fee for this account.
Bank of America Small Business is great as long as you keep the money flowing and become known in the bank. We were having problems with B of A holding our checks for several days untill we began using the same checker in the small business line. She was able to remove any holds and we could access our money Immediately. Also, if your balance dips below 0, they will cover checks up to a certain amount, which is useful when your running your own business. After a while though the fees can be astronomical, which is what forced us to close our account.
