TERI Student Loan from Bank of America

The Educational Resources Institute, Inc. (TERI) loans are for creditworthy or credit ready undergraduate, graduate or professional students enrolled at least half time at approved schools. You are considered creditworthy if you have a satisfactory credit history and your employment history and current income meet established criteria. You are considered credit-ready if have good or no credit history at all (in some cases a co-borrower may be required). Undergraduates can borrow from $1,000 to the full cost of education minus any other financial aid received. Credit-ready graduate students can borrow up to $20,000 annually with no income or employment requirement. Graduate students can borrow annually up to the lesser of $45,000 or the cost of attendance minus any other financial aid you may be receiving.

I have borrowed about $70,000 in loans from TERI during my undergraduate studies. It did take about a month for them to approve me and send the money to my school. I was denied a loan when I applied by myself, but received one after I co-signed with my parents. They have really fair repayment plans after you graduate.

sort of strict guidelines for who can apply but if you meet the criteria it's a great loan. As an undergrad i was able to borrow 8,000 my first year and wil be able to borrow more next year. great student loan!
