Both my husband and I were happy (separate) card holders willing to pay the $90 annual fee each because of the yearly anniversary package which includes the $99 companion tickets... UNTIL NOW!!!

We find it very strange that neither of us has received our expected anniversary package. My anniversary date is April and my husband's is July. When I didn't receive mine in a timely manner this year, I called in June and I was told it was too early to call because the 8 weeks it takes to have the package received in the mail have not passed. I called again in mid-August and I was told I will be sent the companion ticket in 3-4 weeks. When it didn't arrive, I called again - twice. Finally I received something in the mail... a letter stating that the companion ticket has since expired and that my request for one is being denied! The letter also stated that my anniversary package was sent April 7th... 10 days BEFORE the $90 fee was posted (even though the package is supposed to be sent within 6-8 weeks AFTER the $90 fee is posted). What is even more strange is that my husband has not received his anniversary package and when he inquired about it, he was told his was sent April 7th... 3 months before his anniversary date!!! Given the economic crisis, we are assuming that Bank of America never sent the packages and never intended on doing so.

We would appreciate some feedback from those who are similar card holders. Did you receive your anniversary package this year?
