One of the great things that I think this account offers from BB&T is that you are entitled to one refund in your accounts lifetime. So if you had a charge because of non-sufficient funds, an overdraft charge, stop payment fee, or a money order or official check fee, you could get a refund at any point on any of these. I haven't seen many other checking services which offer this.
