Horrible, can only cancel via sending a fax. I finally did and requested to cancel on the 12th, they canceled immediately instead, so I was driving around uninsured without knowing. Despite being paid up until the 13th of the month, I have a 15$ balance, odd since they technically should owe me. Their rates are insane!! I was paying 1780/year and when I complained they basically told me tough, every other insurance company was hundreds less, I went to Wawanesa and got the same coverage for 1005$/year. Jut an overall bad experience, stay away!
Bristol West is the worst. I had a claim out of the CA office and they never called me. The car crash was not my fault. But I had to stay on there a** to keep my claim going. They took forever and a day with it. I am dropping them as soon as the claim closes. DONT GET THIS INSURANCE GROUP.
this company is piect of shix. I got hit by someone who had this ****** company.
it took a month for them to give me right offer.
I had to use attorney cuz they were low balling me.
it was hard to reach them since they were blowing me and my attorney off
It's been 1 month and a half since accident but I am still waiting for the check.
I hope this guys go to hell.

OMG!!!!!! BW sucks ass!!!!!! They are the worst insurance company on the earth.All they do is blow smoke up your ass.
If they come calling don't answer the phone you will regret it.
It's bin 6 weeks and no one can give me a answer about my car.

Currently involved in a claim with this company. So far it's the worst service I have ever experienced with any insurance company. A complete nightmare.
I wish I had read these reviews before my wife was asked to switch. Our insurance company told my wife the coverage would be the same, the policy wouldn't change, and the service would be just as good. Of course they throw that at you, anyone would like to hear that. So my wife switched to save a few bucks. We thought our insurance company (Farmer's) was doing us a favor, they actually screwed us.
A car that was speeding came over on the wrong side of the road, clipped my wife, turned her around 180 degrees doing 2,000 dollars worth of damage to my wife's car and they can't seem to determine whose fault the accident was....impressive?
To Julienboi18, find yourself another insurance company before you need these people. Trust me.

I drove my new car off of the lot on Monday and one of their drivers hit me on Saturday. There was a witness and I had to send the police report to them. I keep getting the run around - something about there is an issue that needs to be resolved with their insured. What!! That's what liability insurance is for. To pay for the other person. This company is a joke and should not be allowed to offer insurance to anyone. On the 3rd week without a vehicle or a rental. The agent is Eric Kulic out of SC. Wonder if this happened to his brand new car if he'd be sitting on his butt.

Very poor customer service. My car was stolen and only had liabiity coverage. I then canceled the policy over the phone. A month later I recieved a bill. I called again and was told if I want to cancel I must submit a request in writting. I did that twice and still have not recieved the balance of my premium yet. It has been 3 months and still no money. Very disorganized and seemingly dishonest. I will never use BW again!!!

BW...What a joke!!! Had a fire on Jan1st. Minivan was in the garage and was burned beyond repair. BW offered only what market was...less than bluebook. Terrible customer service and ridiculous amount of time to take care of claim....42days!!! I still need to pay off my loan AND buy another car. And I pay insurance why??? Wouldn't recommend this company if it were the last one out there.......beware.
bw sucks, i was in a acident with one of their customers, he was drinking and driving. this happend 11-29-07 and their sayn they dont have the med. bills or records yet! bs the rep is andrew britt. getting a atterny in one week if they dont make it right by then. got 30k in med bills and they sent me a offer of 2500.00 F O! NEVER DEAL IN ANY WAY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!! SAD SAD PPL

I've had an accident with a BW driver and If I ever do agian I will hire an attorney, if for no other reason than to be able to get one of those morons on the phone. The damages to my vehicle were minimal and BW did nothing but give me the run around and screw me out of money. I would never have this insurance!!
