I've had Carefree Checking from Busey Bank from the time I got my first job at the age of 16. There's no minimum balance or fees which is nice for poor folk like myself. The free debit MasterCard is another nice perk when you don't want to be burdened by credit cards. My only major complaint is the overdraft fees have been rising steadily over the last few years, sitting at $30 a pop at the …time of this review.
