Capital One Home Loans is a terrible company to try and work with. My loan consultant, Pete Stewart, refused to return phone calls, would not follow through on anything, and caused my home improvements to be delayed to the point where it's now too late in the year to get one of the most important aspects of the work done. Even his supervisor, Jason Lynch refused to return calls. I ended up c…ancelling with this company and disputing the charges to my credit card for the appraisal, as their total lack of customer service forced me to elsewhere. Don't use this company, ever!
