I had a lot of problems with Capital One. I went through a period of no income and I maxed out my credit card. I missed payments and they imediatly started their harrasment. They then raised their interest and continued calling almost daily. They only gave me a few chances to set up new payment plans before they started asking for the whole amount. After this the would only except the lump sum.… After some time not being able to pay this they decided to sue me. I unterstand that it was my fault for not paying. They however, were not understanding of my situation and in my opinion very unreasonable .
