Platinum Max (Average Credit) Reviews
I too lement the day I recieved and first used my Capital One credit card. They are so happy to increase your interest rate - even if you haven't done anything wrong. I have never once missed a payment but they have reported negatively on my credit report and have raised my interest twice. I have called and spoke with a representative only to be told that they were not required to tell me wh…y and I could call the credit beauru for more information.
