I used this card few times for balance transfer to my Amex Optima Platinum Card. best feature of this caed is really low interest rate and I found this card best whenever I have to either carry my balance or needed to do balance transfer.

This card comes with a good credit limit and reasonable interest rates. I have never had to pay annual fees, and the finance charges are minimal. I would highly recommend this card to people who have balances. I would also recommend it to people who don't, as I have been in both categories.

I never had this card myself but someone in my family does. From what I know, the interest rate is lower than most other cards. The card also has no balance transfer fees and no annual fees, ideal for people who carry a balance.
