I refinanced through Capitol One and their slogan of "No Hassle" really applies! The whole process just took a couple weeks. Their loan representative was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We were able to get a lower rate then we had previously as well as get cash out to pay off some high interest debt. They do transfer the servicing of your loan to other companies after the loan is complete, but that was stated on all the paperwork, so I expected it.
