I asked to talk to a supivsor because Celtic is always changing what my deductible amount is. The women said they would contact me in 24 hours. I have not received a call yet. They are refusing to pay for my son's operation that the doctor, hospital and i called ahead to make sure it was covered by them. They told the hospital and I that I had a 3,500 dollar deductible, but when I called them up asking what the explaination of benefits showed, Celtic said I had a 5,000 deductible. I have been paying for this insurance for almost a year, and they have paid nothing close to what I have paid them!!!!

Awful. They hung my pregnant wife, 7 year old son, and unborn daughter out to dry when they found out our daughter was going to be born with a heart defect. They said it was because of a technically wrong answer on the application 7 months earlier. It took them months to file the claims and then they dropped us instead of paying any of it. This is the worst Insurance Company I have ever dealt with.
