Excellent overall. I manage all of my bank and brokerage accounts online at www.schwab.com on one easy-to-manage page. Can easily transfer money instantly between my Schwab checking, savings and my Schwab One brokerage. Also, it's easy to manage my 2% unlimited cash back Schwab credit card on the website and every month my 2% cash back (no matter how little the dollar amount is) is deposited to my Schwab One brokerage.
Did I mention they have more no-load, no-transaction fee funds than any other brokerage and their minimums are only $100? Fidelity has $5,000-$10,000 for some of their big index funds...Completely rediculous.

I have had individual brokerage accounts at many different brokerages in the past. My account at Charles Schwab has been one of the best. The user interface is designed well, monthly statements are well organized and order execution is good.

The brokerage account certainly stacks up well against its competitors. Although it's not really geared towards active traders (I think they may be changing that soon), the trading interface is still pretty good. The website is also very well done and informative. They have been offering free consultations to evaluate portfolios (I think they used to charge $1000 for that). Also, the customer service is the best I've ever seen!

I have been a Schwab One Account customer for 15 years. Schwab One has free checking, free ATM transactions, debit card, and $12.95 trades. Your cash balances also get interest. They also send you free checks when you need more.
A much better interface than my Vanguard brokerage. Doesn't track mutual funds as well, however.
Stock coverage and option tools are rich. In order to enter cost-basis that Schwab doesn't have, you have to call customer service.
Fairly rich research tools though interface is clunky.
