My experience with Amazon Chase credit card has been nothing but wonderful. I started off at $500 limit... my credit has been perfect for 2.5 years already with them... they raised it to $1000 automatically.. i emailed them and they doubled it to $2000 since I'm a long time customer always paying my account down. I use this card to pay all my bills and to do business with as well. It works out to about 1-2 $25 gift cards a month. Never had a problem and even did a chargeback painlessly through them on a part that came damaged from an online retailer that refused to refund me. Not sure what people are complaining about but they probably have bad credit or miss payments if they are getting 30% APR!

No matter when I send my check off they process it 3 days after the due date and costing me late fees. I sent them letter saying I am not paying the fee. I am probaby about to have a bad mark on my credit for tell them to bury the shards of my Amazon Card and watch them grow interest because they sure are not getting a dime of that unjustifed late fee. I buy Amazon all the time and I rarely pay late for anything. What is the point of getting a Credit Card when you can't trust the people your working with to treat you right and I was just getting comfortable enough with this card to pay interest on it with a large purchase. Too Bad...Guess they just don't like money or clients. Chase Bank associates are a bunch of crooks.

Chase is a bunch of crooks. If a normal person was stealing money like they do, they would be in jail. I paid off a balance of over $12000, a residual interest payment on a closed account and they still accrued interest. I have paid off over 70 accounts and this is the only scar on my credit. I understand that they can charge a residual charge once, but twice is ridiculous.

Chase is bunch of freaking m*r*ns. Rude, liers, rased APR from 12 to to 30% in a month. Sending letters: in order to make your account profitable for us, we have to rase APR. If you don't agree - send us letter. Sent letter week before due date - they are claiming they received it 2 weeks later than the due date. Raised APR to 30%!!!
No help from them, they don't care, they just want more money from Obama.

Chase card is sucked! Their customer service is rude, unprofessional, and does not like to help you!
I will talk to Amazon about this Chase, horrible greedy company that treats their customers like "SH**". I will not use my Amazon card as long as it's with Chase.
I would give Chase a quarter of a star because that is what they deserve, but reluctantly give one star.

This is great card. I have had it for years; my APR is well below the 12.24%. Credit line is extremely generous and balance transfer options offer very low rates. If you have good credit, this card is great.

These guys are crooks. Chase is a crook. They charged me excessively when I entered my check info incorrectly on the internet. They failed to send me a email about this so I was also charged late fees. I recieved a card in the mail two weeks after this time to notify me that my one 0 ballance was now 65 dollars, because I had entered check info incorrectly while trying to pay me bill. Then after closing my account and paying off the bill. The company charged me a 1 dollar fee. This was a attempt for me to overlook this charge and for the 1 dollar fee to accumulate over years. Chase is not the company to do business with.

This is the No.1 credit card for me.
Advantages:
* No annual fees.
* You get 1 point for each $1 you spend in stores and online and you get 3 points on each $1 dollar you spend on www.amazon.com and when you accumulate 2500 points, you get a $25 certificate each month that you can redeem for anything at Amazon.com. This is the best part for me!
* The Amazon-Chase online customer services are the best customer services I have ever seen. They respond to the e-mails the same day and they resolve the issue with each response.
I would recommend it to a friend.
